Each Implementation Lab is structured in two distinct but connected phases to maximize the impact of action learning. The first phase focuses on building shared understanding and alignment. During this phase, participants engage with proven frameworks, best practices, and strategic models specific to the lab’s focus area. This ensures leaders are working from a common language and evidence-based perspective, grounding their thinking in what is known to drive performance and effectiveness. The second phase shifts decisively from learning to doing. The emphasis moves to implementation—turning insights into concrete actions that produce measurable results. Participants engage in individualized, 1-on-1 strategic implementation sessions that are tailored to their unique context. Rather than discussing leadership in abstract terms, these sessions focus on each participant’s real operational challenges, decisions, and constraints within the focus area of the lab.
Course Overview
Business Need
One of the most difficult—and most critical—challenges of leadership is not acquiring knowledge, but translating that knowledge into consistent, effective action. Leaders often leave workshops or strategy sessions inspired, yet struggle to apply new ideas amid real-world complexity, competing priorities, and organizational constraints. Implementation Labs are intentionally designed to close this gap by tightly integrating learning with execution.
Course Topics
