These repetitive micro routines benefit us by saving time and conserving valuable mental and physical energy. Unfortunately, our habits can also work against our most important goals. They also keep us from developing new habits that can help us reach our goals. This course uses the science of habits to teach participants how to establish new habits that will lead to achieving their most important goals.
