In this workshop, participants will learn the value of The Five Behaviors and the role they each play in building successful teams. The workshop will begin with an overview of the Five Behaviors and an informal individual assessment of performance in each behavior. The goal is to utilize the model to hone in on where our individual strengths lie and where we have opportunities for improvement. Each participant will choose one key principle to develop an individual action plan for improving leadership skills. The course can be customized to the specific group's needs with a focus on Employees, Supervisors, or Intact Teams.
